The notaries of GONON & ASSOCIES NOTAIRES have decided not to grant specific discounts, so as not to impair the notarial service provided by the Office. Finally, when the notary is commissioned to sell a property, the negotiation emolument, which is added to the sales emolument determined by the tariff, is calculated as follows: 5% excl. tax on the part of the price below €500,000 (with a minimum of €1,500 excl. tax), 3% excl. tax on the part of the price between €500,000 and €1,000,000, and 2% excl. tax on the part of the price in excess of €1,000,000. the negotiation fee, which is added to the sales fee determined by the tariff, is calculated as follows: 5% excl. tax on the part of the price under €500,000 (with a minimum of €1,500 excl. tax), 3% excl. tax on the part of the price between €500,000 and €1,000,000 and 2% excl. tax on the part of the price over €1,000,000.
